AMAD is a civil society organisation with extensive experience in youth empowerment, digital rights, media literacy, and advocacy at national and European levels. Over the years, AMAD has implemented and coordinated multiple EU-funded projects focused on safeguarding, online hate speech, democratic participation, and the protection of vulnerable groups in digital environments. As the coordinator of the LIFE project, AMAD leads overall project management, safeguarding and advocacy actions, ensures compliance with the Grant Agreement, and coordinates monitoring, reporting, quality assurance, and structured policy dialogue with national institutions and European stakeholders.
Youth European Society is a youth organisation with a strong track record in non-formal education, youth participation, and international mobility programmes. The organisation has long experience working with young people with fewer opportunities, promoting inclusion, civic engagement, and active citizenship. Within LIFE, YES contributes its expertise in capacity building and awareness-raising, supporting activities that strengthen digital safety, media literacy, and responsible online behaviour among young people and youth workers.
KOM018 is a well-established youth organisation specialised in empowering young people and youth workers through education, advocacy, and community-based initiatives. With previous experience in Erasmus+ projects addressing social inclusion, hate speech, and youth resilience, KOM018 brings strong expertise in safeguarding and rights-based approaches. KOM018 implements capacity building, contributing to the development of practical tools and learning processes that address online risks and strengthen youth resilience.
Beyond Borders is active in social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, and civic participation, with experience in EU-funded cooperation projects and community-based initiatives. The organisation has worked extensively on themes of diversity, human rights, and ethical participation in public life. Within LIFE, Beyond Borders supports dissemination, impact, and awareness-raising activities, contributing to cross-border cooperation and promoting responsible and ethical digital engagement across diverse social and cultural contexts.
EuroMed EVE Tunisia is a non-formal education, volunteering, and youth exchanges NGO. Previously contributed to regional initiatives promoting intercultural dialogue, civic engagement, and youth participation in the South Mediterranean. In the LIFE consortium, EuroMed EVE Tunisia provides a valuable cross-regional perspective, contributing to research, awareness-raising, and non-formal learning activities that address digital safety, media literacy, and inclusion in a multicultural and transnational context.
Living Safely in a Digital World (LIFE) is a 24-month Erasmus+ Capacity Building project in the field of Youth, co-funded by the European Union. The project aims to strengthen the resilience of young people and youth organisations in addressing the risks of digitalisation, including online hate speech, cyberbullying, digital exclusion, and the impact of unsafe online environments on mental well-being. Through non-formal education, research, awareness-raising, and policy dialogue, LIFE empowers youth workers and civil society organisations to promote digital safety, media and information literacy, inclusion, and responsible online behaviour across Europe and the South Mediterranean.
